Fun in the Pumpkin Patch Reimagined! Update!

Hi, everybody! Last weekend we didn't have our Pumpkin Patch Painting Party for the community because, although Hurricane Delta had passed, the grass was wet in the yard and the wind was still blowing hard. But! We have our Rain Date of this Saturday, October 17 at 3 p.m., for our Painting Party! The Painting Party starts at 3. Anyone can come -- from the church or from the community. We were thinking children would paint, but hey, if there are adults who would like to paint a pumpkin, come on out!

We have 22 little pumpkins to paint, orange ones and white ones, and a handful of bigger ones. Also other stuff to paint, including plywood signs, little suncatchers, craft thingies, all kinds of stuff. People can leave them at the church to decorate the patch or take them home. It's all free, although donations to the church's ministry to the homeless, the Program of Hope, which our pumpkin sales would normally support, are always welcome.

On Saturday the 24th at 3 pm we'll have a costume contest for kids 12 and under, but anyone who wants to come in costume is welcome..
Glenda the Good Witch and I tell you all about it in this video.
